Vital Capital Partners (VCP) is a healthcare real estate investment manager and sponsor providing accredited investors access to institutional-quality medical and healthcare real estate through the private wealth channel.
Vital Capital Partners
VCP was founded in 2024 by Robert Lee and Thùy Turner, industry veterans with 20+ years of experience each and a decade-long track record of operating a national healthcare real estate fund for institutional investors.
The VCP principals have experience in value added, core plus and core real estate investment. Over the last decade the principals acquired, operated, and/or exited more than $745 million* of medical and healthcare assets across prior platforms.
In 2024, the principals formed Vital Capital Partners and entered the private wealth, IBD and RIA channel with Delaware statutory trusts (DSTs) with the goal of bringing institutional, mission-critical medical real estate accredited investors, family-offices and institutional investors. VCP believes investors should consider adding needs-based healthcare properties, anchored by high-quality tenants such as healthcare systems, large physician groups, specialty outpatient healthcare providers to their portfolios for diversification.
VCP’s vision is to leverage their decades of experience and continue to bring institutional quality healthcare and medical real estate investments into the private capital sector including DST offerings, and fund structures.
