Co-Founder - Managing Partner
Robert Lee is co-managing partner of Vital Capital Partners. He leads the firm’s efforts in strategy across acquisitions, dispositions, capital formation, and transaction structuring.
Prior to co-founding VCP with Thùy Turner, Lee served in several founder and principal roles, including an institutional-focused real estate investment banking platform focused on capital placement, structuring and advisory for private and public real estate companies. He has worked with multiple real estate investment platforms and product types placing, advising on, or investing in more than $4 billion in real estate capital for institutional and private investors since 2008. In addition to healthcare real estate, Lee has investment expertise in commercial and multifamily real estate and has served as an owner/operator for over 20 year and is a licensed California broker.
Lee earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business, with a concentration in marketing, from Eastern Kentucky University, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Management. He holds a California Real Estate Broker’s license, is a Certified Commercial Investment Member with the CCIM Institute where he formerly served as president of its Greater Southern California chapter, is a Chairman Emeritus of the Graziadio’s Alumni Network and is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.
Co-Founder - Managing Partner
Thùy Turner is the co-managing partner of Vital Capital Partners. She leads the firm’s overall operations initiatives, from asset and property management to leasing, investment and financial underwriting. Turner has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience and has been a California licensed broker since 1998. She has extensive real estate experience in managing and leasing medical, office, and retail facilities, through her previous tenures with Arden Realty, Equity Office (Zell’s), PM Realty Group, and Schnitzer Northwest. Turner leverages her dedicated background to provide oversight of the overall operations, logistics and financial performance of the company. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Irvine and a Master of Business Administration from California State Fullerton.
Prior to co-founding Vital Capital Partners with Robert Lee, Turner was a co-founder and co-general partner of HPA Growth Fund I, HPA Realty and Healthcare Property Advisors.
